Being a single mother of two teenage children really supplies an author a lot of inspiration and experiences of life to write humourous and somewhat heartrendering tales of fiction, science fiction and poetry. Writing is a passion of mine and I often find myself glancing at the clock at 3am through tired eyes wondering how I am going to handle a full day's quota at the company I work for. I have had one of my poems published in a Christian Anthology of poetry and, more recently, have had another published in the local newspaper. I love the art of stringing words together and have entered many challenges on various writers websites. Please feel free to browse my short stories and poetry and leave any suggestions or tips you may have.
