Susan Toy
Susan was born in Pinetown near the South African city of Durban.  She however spent most of her growing years on a farm in Dundee.  Susan loved the outdoor life and could always be found outside with the farm animals and the call of nature.  When she was nine years old she went riding on her favorite horse and was involved in a riding accident that left her in a coma for around six months.  When she regained consciousness she had to learn to talk, sit, walk and run all over again.  She lost one year  of her schooling career while regaining her life.  Today Susan still has a slight problem walking but leads a full life.  She is married to Peter and has a beautiful daughter Julia.  Susan loves to read, go camping and general outdoor activities.  She is currently working on a new book which will once again reveal life in South Africa and our diverse cultures and activities.
